VC Plumbing & Sewer Refund Policy

Return Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been used or altered in any way.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@vcplumbers.com or call us at (847) 774-9444. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vcplumbers.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at contact@vcplumbers.com and send your item to the address provided below.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
